About the role
Assess ICT and crypto-related security risks, review crypto initiatives and service providers, and monitor security controls, outsourcing arrangements, testing, and resilience frameworks. Manage security incidents, audits, regulatory reporting, local policy adoption, resilience exercises, and security reporting to management and regulators. Requires senior or lead-level information security and IT operations experience, particularly in a second-line-of-defence role, with experience in cryptoasset services or financial institutions handling digital assets. Candidates should understand crypto and financial-sector regulations, including DORA, MiCA, and PSD2, have experience localizing group policies in regulated settings, and hold CISSP and/or CISM certification.
