Layer 1 Blockchain Security Auditor

About the role

Audit Layer 1 blockchain architectures, protocol implementations, consensus mechanisms, node and network security, cryptography, and execution environments to identify and validate vulnerabilities. Develop and run security tests, document findings and remediation recommendations, and collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve protocol security. Requires at least four years of relevant experience, strong blockchain and distributed-systems knowledge, and proficiency in Rust, Go, or C++. Candidates should be able to analyze complex codebases, assess cryptographic and networking security, validate vulnerabilities through practical testing, and communicate findings clearly.
