About the role
Assess ICT and crypto-related security risks, review crypto initiatives and service providers, and monitor security controls, outsourcing arrangements, testing, and resilience frameworks. Manage security incidents and regulatory reporting, coordinate audits and resilience exercises, and report on security resilience to management and regulators. Requires senior or lead-level information security and IT operations experience, particularly in a second-line-of-defence role, with experience supporting cryptoasset providers or financial institutions handling digital assets. Candidates should have advanced technical security expertise, knowledge of crypto and financial-sector regulations including DORA, MiCA, and PSD2, experience implementing group policies in regulated settings, and CISSP and/or CISM certification.
